🪧 Introducing Placements

Placements are the starting point of the shopper reward experience. They serve as the initial point of interaction between the brand and the customer, often presented as a visually engaging on-site call to action (CTA).

These on-site messages are strategically placed across the brand’s website—on landing pages, product pages, or during checkout—to capture the shopper’s attention. The purpose of the trigger is to inform potential customers of available discounts, such as student or key worker offers, and encourage them to engage with the reward flow.

Upon clicking the trigger, the shopper enters the verification journey, where they are guided through the process of proving their eligibility for the offer, ultimately leading to the reward being granted. Effective triggers are key to driving engagement and maximising the participation rate for a brand’s closed group discounts/rewards.
